The short version
If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. Simple as that.
Full refunds
- Your order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- We are unable to complete your order for any reason on our side.
- You cancel before our team has started working on your order.
Partial refunds
If an order is partially delivered (for example, part of a service package), we refund the undelivered portion proportionally.
What we can't refund
- Orders already delivered in full as described.
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect information you provided in your ticket.
- Actions taken by the game publisher against your account. See our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Reply in your existing order ticket on Discord, or open a new ticket and reference your order. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, normally within 3 to 5 business days.
A note on chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve nearly every issue faster than a chargeback would. Chargebacks filed without contacting support are treated as fraud and result in removal from our community.
