PokePerks("we", "us") offers discounted in-game currency and trainer services for Pokémon GO. All orders, payments and deliveries are handled through our Discord server. This website is informational only. No purchases are made on the website itself.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our services. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are placed by opening a ticket in our Discord server. Delivery times shown on this website are typical estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete your order; delays caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Revolut, Wise, PayPal Friends and Family, or crypto networks). We never see or store your full payment credentials. All prices are communicated in your ticket before you pay.
5. Important: game publisher terms
PokePerksis not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Niantic, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company. Purchasing in-game currency or account services from third parties may violate the game publisher's Terms of Service and could result in penalties to your game account, up to and including suspension. By using our services you acknowledge and accept this risk.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver your order, you get your money back.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting our support first.
- Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent payment details.
- Reselling our services without prior written agreement.
- Harassing our staff or other community members.
Violating these rules may result in cancelled orders without refund and removal from our Discord server.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, including any action taken by the game publisher against your game account.
